By accessing and using TaxWise, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use of Service
TaxWise provides tax management and calculation tools for Sri Lankan taxpayers. While we strive for accuracy, the service is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered as professional tax advice. Users are responsible for verifying all calculations with qualified tax professionals before filing.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. All personal and financial data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
TaxWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Tax calculations are estimates and actual liability may vary.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
