IRD-side latency on Form-A submissions during Q1 estimate window. We queued submissions locally and replayed once IRD recovered. No data loss.

Connection-pool exhaustion on the filing-day peak (Nov 30 was the IIT deadline). Auto-scaling configured an extra two database replicas; we've also raised the pool ceiling by 4×.
